From Hudson, Quebec, now living in Port Hope, Ontario, Signe is a restaurant-chef turned writer who tells award-winning stories and creates delicious recipes for publications such as: the LCBO’s Food & Drink, The Harvest Commission, Harrowsmith, and Today’s Parent. She published her first book, Happy Hens & Fresh Eggs; Keeping Chickens in the Kitchen Garden with 100 Recipes, in 2015. Chef Signe Langford’s work as a chef has garnered excellent reviews and four star ratings. Join Signe as she puts these mastered skills to work in Bracebridge creating a delicious holiday brunch for attendees. The intimate kitchen at The Creative Cook gives way to a hands-on demonstration where Signe will go over some basic egg cooking skills. Signe will whip together the following mouth-watering menu:
- Orange Cream Nog;
- Curried Deviled Eggs;
- Shakshuka with Local Fresh-from-the-Oven Bread;
- Eggnog French Toast; and
- Light & Fluffy Citrus Curd with Local Fresh Baked Goods.
